Almost 9 weeks pregnant flu and fever?

im almost 9 weeks and caught a bad flu of my daughter im congested and lethargic and just so sick.... neways about an hour ago i got a high temperature which i have slowly calmed down now.... do you think i caused any damage to my baby??
