Then, I started binging. Then, I got it under control and started eating 1,200 calories per day and was steadily losing weight. Then, when I plateaued, I binged on purpose. It was just supposed to be one day, for my metabolism. Now, 2 weeks later, I've found myself stuck in another one of my binges. I don't know how I found my way out the first time. I don't think I will be able to again. I need to lose weight. How can I stop this binge?
