Yes go to download.com if you can and get Malwarebytes Anti-malware and SuperAntiSpyware. Download and install, update and do a scan with both progams. See if they will clean up the mess. If you are using a router, your router could have been hijacked. So you can try resetting it by pushing in the reset on and holding it in for 30 seconds.
