If republicans believe theyre candidate is the Most fically responsible..?

There actually IS a number you could post for President Obama and the Democrats that was in Reuters and the Washington Post the last week of April, and that is the 8% REDUCTION in our DEFICIT! This paydown of our GOP-caused deficit is attributable, in part, to the wise limits placed on bailed-out bank executives' salaries ($500,000 a year) and bonuses (investor-approved stock options only) until every penny borrowed from taxpayers has been paid back WITH INTEREST. The fatcat CEOs used to their self-igned $$multi-millions$$ in salary didn't like being so "limited" and this "inspired" 14 of the 400 banks who took TARP funds to pay back $181 BILLION by last December (before President Obama had even been in office for a full year!)...all dollars that went toward deficit reduction.
