Someone please help me with these drum brakes before I rage...?

I'm trying to fix the brakes on my 96 plymouth gran voyager and I cannot get the drum off. it isn't rusted or stuck on like that, it's that the pads are clinging to it. I've found the holes for the adjusters but there is nothing there to adjust. I have to get this done TODAY so I can get goin on my vacation, I've already missed one day of it.
