First, you have a conductor, who is the coach. The coach and the conductor does not play, but rather directs and conducts the concert. They both teach the members how to improve in their performance or game. When they improve, they put in effort in the game/concert and the orchestra sounds even better and plays in tune and for the game they have new techniques to get a point.
