Can I get into these schools?

I don't really understand how you calculated your GPA because my highschool did it different but I would imagine it is equivalent to a lower 3 GPA. You have a good shot at getting into all these schools. Bloomsberg and Towson will be a little easier but I have a ton of friends that go to Rutgers with 2.7 GPAs and low ACT/SAT scores. Rutgers accepts a lot of people so don't worry about that. Good luck!
