Does anyone know if this Sunday's Chargers/Texans game will be relocated?

Taking into consideration the conditions that San Diego is experiencing and probably will continue to endure due to the wildfires, does anyone here believe that Sunday's home game against the Houston Texans will be relocated to Arizona, as it did in 2003?
