Can you see if another team with a higher waiver position claimed a player you selcted?

I am playing the biggest Steelers fan ever. She has Peyton Manning as her #1, and Palmer as her # 2. Manning has bye, so I know she is looking to pick up rothlisberger. I claimed him on waivers, but she has 1 postion higher. Can I see if she made a claim, or will it tell me if she claims him?
