Diabetic Migration?.?

I was a pre-diabetic patient then I reduce my weight (20 kg). Now my fasting blood sugar is 87 mg. Postprandial 135. I am doing Exercise 5 days weekly. But my problem is, nowadays I am suffering with migration. The pain moves to backside of my head. (Left side). only 2 mins but heavy pain. Is it diabetes migration? What can I do for this? Is it normal or serious?
