Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands- Marrage?

Ok, so I want to marry Pierre. Before I get my hopes up for him to except the blue feather soon I want to know all the requirements for marriage. I have a red heart level, accepted his sun stone and stuff. What islands need to be risen for marriage, I there anything else I have to do?
